I live on my houseboat with my two fur buddies, Lilibet The Cat and my little dog Puddin’. Happily nestled inside a nature reserve in beautiful England, we start our day with a little family of ducks and a couple of seals that seem to have adopted us. It’s a cute life away from drama.
It sounds like we are living our best lives, right? We are, for sure.
That’s because I chose to change my world.
…to put your confidence in a loving relationship,
always hopeful for the happily ever after
— but getting nowhere but drained and disappointed.
… to move through your day focusing on other people’s happiness rather than your own + and loneliness that won’t go away.
… to watch your dreams drift farther + farther away from the smokin’ hot, prosperous, confident goddess you want to see in the mirror.
Nobody was there to guide me — or give me the loving knowledge I desperately needed. So I had to become my emotional advocate and Life Coach.
I had to seek out my archetype remedies, test my theories, and take myself on a discovery of growth, freedom and personal integrity.
I trained in Jungian Psychology but became a seasoned expert — the hard way, in the trenches of everyday real life and relationships.
And today?
Today, I am free, liberated and live life to the full. Finally, my relationships in life and business are healthy, happy, committed and supportive.
Every twist and turn has led me to create the ‘Emotional Intelligence Method’.
This robust process has helped thousands like you shake off dissatisfaction and forge a path to an extraordinarily fulfilling life.
I’m here to remind you that your emotions can work for you rather than against you - even if they feel more like a runaway train now!
AND I AM LIVING PROOF THAT TRANSFORMATION IS POSSIBLE
— when you discover Emotional Intelligence.
I am here to help you get there.
At your service
Lisa Magdalena xx
I’m a Jungian Psychology Archetypologist, Spiritual Badass, Empath, Intuitive and Great Hugger.
My day starts on deck, watching the sunrise over the nature reserve with ducks quacking, seals honking, and sails flapping as the breeze ripples through the willows.
My home is filled with crystals, plants, macrame, art, books and incense. I’ve always got some 70s rock classics playing in the background. Steve Nicks and Kate Bush are my musical soulmates. You will likely hear them playing in the background during our coaching sessions.
I am proud of my wild heart and free spirit.
I know the crippling feeling of not feeling good enough,
I’ve believed the lies of players and crashed and burned a few times.
I live for the beach, the trees, sunrises and sunsets, animals, good friends and crackling log fires.
I love road trips and adventures in Stevie, my campervan.
I confess to too many late-night eBay purchases bought with red wine.
He refused a blood transfusion due to its crazy rules.
I was left to grow up in an abusive household.
By the time I was 16, I’d had enough and ran away.
I was so hopeful to change my story. Unfortunately, a few years later, I was in a destructive marriage. Before I could escape the toxicity - I contracted cancer when the youngest of my two daughters was just a baby.
Terrified, I battled two years of gruelling chemotherapy ending with a full stem cell transplant; when it happened...The Wake Up Call.
As I gripped onto the bathroom sink in UCH Hospital, London, in my hospital gown, weak and swollen with steroids, I had no hair and a body that could barely stand.
I caught myself in the mirror.
Physically I was at my lowest.
And yet, as I looked into my eyes in the mirror, I saw an incredible strength. I wasn’t ready to die. I had to find my path to the extraordinary life I had always craved.
It took all I had to claw myself back to physical health. Once I did, I studied my academic psychology craft at a British University, earning a Bachelors Degree with Honours.
I finally felt the worst was behind me, only to land in the arms of a man I thought I adored. He wasn’t my first narcissist, but he was my last.
⠀
After five years of Narcissist Abuse, I was left with an empty house, a broken heart, and what felt like a broken soul. It was freaking painful; I wanted to die. ⠀
I needed to rediscover a healthy, loving relationship with myself and recover a sense of inner peace that didn't depend on being loved by another.
The Quest For Emotional Intelligence led me to an incredible journey of discovery.
Each time I go deep into the Trenches, I rediscover treasures and release more of the old. And each time I return to you, I am more authentic and with powerful new insights to share.
If you can relate, and know that I am the push you need to shake off the drama and forge a path to delight and satisfaction, then it's time we made a plan.
